1. One More Thing From India
To come up with the blue denim look, manufacturers had indigo color imported from India before the 20th century. This was before the creation of artificial dye, after which the import of indigo became uncommon.

In 1951, music Bing Crosby was not given a room at an inn just because he happened to be wearing jeans. In retaliation to this snub, the “Bing Crosby - Swinging On A Star” was later presented with a custom-made denim jacket from Levi’s.
5. WWII Soldiers Endorse Jeans
During the Second World War, soldiers liked hanging out in jeans during their free time as this made them feel casual and comfortable. Not having to worry about getting their pants dirty was an added plus and another selling point for this clothing item.

Believe it or not, the oldest pair of jeans were 115 years old when discovered! They were found deep down in an old mine back in 1998.
